Owners must ensure their pets do not damage property and are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, which may exceed the pet deposit. Owners must immediately remove any pet that exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior. 3. Liability:Owners are fully liable for any damage or injury caused by their pets to other residents, guests, or property. Landlord is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to pets. 4. Restrictions:Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not leave their units unattended.
