We have a newly renovated 3 BR apt available now awaiting the right new tenants to move in! All 3 bedrooms are similar in size, and there is a large kitchen and living room, with windows that that produce lots of natural light. We are within walking distance to a beautiful riverwalk, as well as the commuter rail, grocery stores, pub, anything else you may need.

We require first months' rent and Security Deposit due to move in. Must be able to pass a background check and verify employment. We have a security system, and an aggressive pest control maintenance plan.
