Deposits: One month rent for security deposit due with lease signing, first and last month last month rent due within 30 days of lease signing.
No Pets allowed: ESA permitted with an established, documented relationship with a licensed medical professional.

Lease Terms: Our student leases run 12 months but end 7 days early to allow time for cleaning and turnover. Rent is paid in 12 equal monthly installments and is not prorated in the final month. Residents who choose to renew do not need to move out between lease terms.
