Available room furniture (no extra cost): bed with comfy mattress, dresser, smart TV, and desk included, or you can use your own furniture. 

LOTS of storage space available in garage and basement if you need extra space for your stuff. Monthly utility fee includes fast internet and covers ALL utilities. The swimming pool is across the street and open in Spring. Parking is either on the shared driveway or in the community guest parking across the street.

Applicants will be asked to provide income verification and prior rental / landlord reference / no prior evictions. No application fee, but there's a background check if selected - cost around $35. No other hidden application or move-in fees.
