Cute house with character remodeled room

Good day, We are looking for 1 room mate to fill 1 of our rooms (on top floor)This will help with the mortgage. Monthly rent would be $600.00, you part of Utilities (avr $40.00 approx.  per month Gas and Power), and a flat $30.00 for Google 1 GB internet and we throw in YouTube live TV as a bonus . We pay for water, sewer, and garbage. This on the border to the Marmalade district and close to everything downtown including Trax and Front Runner (2 blocks away). Also we are 3 blocks away from the Marmalade Branch library. The neighborhood is quiet and we have some great neighbors. I would also need security deposit of $600.00.. There are a total of 4 of us that currently lives in the house. Also 2 Hypoallergenic cute small dogs. (They pretty much stay with us all the time). This would be ideally for a student or someone single (male or female), is quiet, and has good payment history. Also being gay friendly would be important as well.
