We are looking for well qualified applicants with a credit report that demonstrates financial responsibility, including 600+ credit scores, no bankruptcies or active collections. We are looking for financially stable tenants with no previous evictions or serious criminal records. We require a background and credit check for all applicants to ensure that qualifications are met.

APPLICATION PROCESS
