Hi, we have one room opening up (see photos) in a house in Sandy. The room is abut 110" x 100" plus a closet.
Our place has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an elevated back deck, and a large backyard. The home was remodeled 3 years ago with new paint, carpet, flooring, kitchen cabinets and tops, landscaping, and deck. In the last year, a brand new furnace and AC unit have been put in.
There are currently three males in the home with two dogs and one lizard. The home is only 25 minutes from Alta and Snowbird, two great ski hills, as well!
