This ground level condominium has been recently remodeled and offers 1,009 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.

Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper, a Smart TV (with cable and DVD player) surrounded by a gorgeous stone accent wall, and lots of natural light.

Kitchen: Appreciate a modern kitchen that is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner gas range with griddle, ample granite counter space and a kitchen bar with seating for two.

Dining Room: The dining area features seating for four guests.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom— King size bed, Smart TV with cable, an en suite bathroom with a spacious  tile/glass shower.

Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

You will have access to a community clubhouse offers luxury amenities – posh lounge areas, a kitchen with bar seating, TV room, an more. There is also a well-equipped fitness center, a heated pool and hot tub, and the patio area featuring tables and chairs and lounge chairs to relax in the sun. You will also find a community BBQ grill near the pool area if you want to grill up some of your favorites.
