Small Dogs Allowed, Breed Restrictions

Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. All pets must be disclosed during the application process and are subject to screening and landlord approval. Approved pets are subject to: • Non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet • Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet (if you choose to charge it) • Maximum of 2 pets allowed • Aggressive breeds are not permitted (including but not limited to Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf hybrid, or any mix thereof) Tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused by pets, including but not limited to flooring, doors, walls, landscaping, and odors. Any damage must be repaired at the tenant’s expense. Pets must be kept under control at all times and must not create excessive noise, odors, or disturbances. Repeated complaints may result in revocation of pet approval. No pets are allowed to be replaced or added without written approval from landlord. Unauthorized pets are considered a lease violation and may result in fines, removal of the pet, or termination of the lease. Service animals and emotional support animals are handled in accordance with Fair Housing laws and are not subject to pet fees or pet rent, though documentation may be required as permitted by law.
