It's in the back yard of the main house, is completely detached, and has a separate keyed entry, a separate parking space in the garage, and a separate deck with BBQ, sunshade, table and chairs that overlook a serene garden. Have your morning coffee out on the deck and listen to the many birds singing or watch the busy squirrels scurrying about.
It is fully furnished with a queen bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer, full service kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a living/dining space, high speed wifi for working remotely, and TONS of storage space. Bed linens and towels are provided as is kitchenware. Owner pays all utilities, including internet.
It was built in 2020 in a factory in British Columbia, trucked to Utah on a flatbed truck, and craned into the back yard in January of 2021. Everything is ultra modern and tastefully designed, new as of 2021, and in pristine condition. From baltic birch cabinetry and quartz countertops in the kitchen to 9' ceilings throughout, it has a bright, open, spacious feel and receives beautiful natural light during the day and floor to ceiling curtains for privacy in the evening. The owner lives on site in the main house if there are ever any issues, problems, questions.
Renter is responsible for disposing of their garbage in building's garbage/recycling bins by Sunday evening, keeping the place clean, and notifying owner of any maintenance needs.
One month's Security Deposit is due at signing. Rent is due by the 5th of the month, payable via check or Venmo/Paypal. Lease is month to month for the first 6 months with possible extension negotiable at locked in price if both parties agree. 30 days minimum rental; 30 days notice for move out. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. One small dog (up to 40lbs) is allowed with an additional $250 (refundable) deposit and $25/mo charge. NO CATS. Garage Parking is included in rental price.
