This apartment space has a beautiful kitchen, large bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large living area.  

The building is a commercial building across the street from the Salt Lake Community College Salt Lake Campus and also Mcdonalds.

The apartment is very secure!  There are two locked doors between the entrance at the sidewalk of state st and the front door of the apartment.  The apartment stays very quiet and private.  You can't hear any outside noise.

The rent is only $1175 per month plus a NNN payment.  The NNN Payment is the Tenants responsibility for a portion of the utilities, property taxes, property insurance, and property maintenance for the building.  The current NNN amount for 2024 is $295.  The NNN pays for your utilities.  The Tenant will only be responsible for optional utilities such as phone, internet, tv service, etc.  So the total rent and NNN (utilities) payment each month would be $1470.  

No pets are allowed. no pets.  If you have pets please stop reading and look somewhere else.  

There are two separate laundry machines that are for tenant use, both residential and commercial.  there is a forced air gas furnace for heat,  and central air for air conditioning.

To move in a Tenant will have to submit an application, have the application reviewed and approved, pay for a background and credit check if your application was approved, if everything comes back as satisfactory then you will sign a lease for one year and pay a full month rent and a security deposit of $1400. Then you will get keys and approval to move in.
