Room for rent in Kearns

 I have a room available in Kearns Utah this room will be available NOW! accepting tours anytime. 

A little about me and who lives with me we are in our late 20s and we stay to ourselves. we know that privacy is important for everyone so we do have locks on all the rooms. and we all work every day so it does stay fairly quiet. we are clean we keep the kitchen clean and the living room clean. I do have a dog and a cat in the house. they don't spend a lot of time in the living room. the central air is equipped with a charcoal filter that cleans the air of any pollen or pet hair. It leaves every room smelling fresh and clean. 

we are looking for someone around the same age range if possible must have a job and a steady income clean and respectful. there is no smoking in the house and would perffer if they didn't smoke. no previous evictions or criminal backround 

the house has all you need a kitchen with all the dishes you will ever need. we have 3 full-sized refrigerators so you will never wonder where to put your food. laundry room with Samsung and LG washer and dryer, lots of bath towels if needed, doing dishes hasn't been a problem because we do have a dishwasher. the living room has a big tv free for anyone to use. we also have high-speed fiber-optic internet great for gaming the speed says 900mbps uploads and 900mbps downloads. we live on a corner so there is lots of street parking. the room has central air that stays cold in the summer and warm in the winter. 

This room is equipped with a private entrance and a AC/heater unit so that you have control of your own comfort. This room in huge big enough for a bed and a living room set up! Photos with furniture to show how big the room is the room will be empty upon move in.
